Looking back to 2019....

During 2019 The Rum's Eg Singers grew to 45 in number. Our fortnightly meetings allows people to pursue their singing interest when they are able to. A good core of loyal singers means the repertoire is strong and there is always someone who knows and can lead the part!

We performed at the Mayors' Charity Gala Concert in Romsey Abbey in March 2019. In July we returned to King John's House for 'Songs and Scones in the Garden' with Romsey Ukulele Group, raising funds for the mayor's Community Chest Charities. At Christmas we held a Lunchtime Carol Concert again to raise funds for the Mayor's Community Chest at Abbey United Reformed Church, Romsey. We also sang a 'Carols in the House at King John's House' joined by an enthusiastic audience of aspiring carol singers.
